Address Accuracy One of the recomendations outlined in Callpoint's IPND 2003 report was the production of a Data Entry Guide. Pitched to the IPND Data Provider community, this guide served to emphasise the importance of attention to detail, particularly with respect to the entry of addresses into a telco's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
While the guide itself is not reproduced here, we have reproduced four maps that provide specific examples where attention to address detail is paramount.
