Callpoint Spatial AQ Pro® - Core Problems Solved

Callpoint Spatial has designed AQ Pro to tackle a set of core problems faced by telcos, broadband providers and ISPs.  These telcos generate the bulk of their revenues in the SME, corporate, enterprise and/ or government sectors.

The problems are primarily experienced by Presales, Sales, Marketing & Product Managers and their teams.  At a secondary level, AQ Pro also assists Network Deployment and Design teams, especially those that interact with Sales/ Marketing.

The core problems include:

"We have no integrated response capability for Prequal (Broadband Service Qualification) across multiple last mile technologies / multiple partners"

"We have no ready means of determining specific businesses that are within broadband On-Net coverage, by last mile access technology / partner. Further, we have no ready means of updating this as we/ our partners expand coverage, or we engage new partners"

"We have no proactive approach for identifying profitable multi-site business opportunities. Also, we have no ready means of determining for instance 50-250 site VPN / multi-locational opportunities that are e.g. 75% On-Net deliverable through our own footprint and / or as a specific last mile combination e.g. Fibre / xDSL / Ethernet over Copper"

"In earlier years most prospects shipped us telephone numbers, now most send us address lists.  While addresses are better suited to xDSL / Fibre / Fixed Wireless analysis, we have no ready means of handling inherent spelling errors etc so that 'matched within G-NAF addresses / coordinates' are used for integrated broadband-deliverability based spatial analysis"

"We use business mailing lists, but have no filtering capability to ensure offers aren’t sent to prospects that can’t receive specific broadband packages"

"We have no proactive trigger to prior off-net prospects as our / our partner footprint updates"

"We incur disruptions when specific staff are on leave and need to upgrade our systems capability to maintain business resilience during these times"
