AQ Pro for Telcos

Who needs AQ Pro?

Are you an Australian broadband telco, and relate to the following:

(1) By revenue/ profit, the business/government segments are very important to you

(2) You have your own direct sales force, i.e. the sales function is not outsourced

(3) Prospective business/ government customers seek you out when they are ready to buy e.g. when they issue an RFP

(4) Broadband infrastructure status:

  • You deliver services solely through your own infrastructure
  • You don't have your own infrastructure, but have wholesale agreements in place with partner carriers, across a mix of last mile access technologies (xDSL/ Fibre/ Fixed Wireless)
  • You have your own infrastructure, and have wholesale agreements in place with partner carriers for access to their infrastructure.  This maximises geographic reach and product/ speed mix as part of your business growth/ profit strategy

If you answered yes to the above, then AQ Pro can deliver substantial productivity and quality improvements for your sales and marketing operations.

When was AQ Pro introduced?

Callpoint Spatial's first licensee was Request DSL in 2002, one of Australia's first ULL-based xDSL carriers.  AQPro has considerably evolved to cater for a variety of pre-sales, sales, marketing, product management and network development functions for Australia's leading telcos.

AQ Pro customers include some of the most established players as well as fast-moving newer providers.  They deliver broadband using diverse last mile access technologies, covering xDSL (inc. ADSL2+, SHDSL, Ethernet Over Copper), Fibre and Fixed Wireless.
